Shipping Policy

We ship BeamWard headlamps worldwide and work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Delivery times Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be longer during peak periods, sales, or due to factors outside our control (such as carrier or customs delays).

Shipping costs Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. You can also track your order on our Tracking page. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

International orders, customs & duties For international deliveries, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but we'll always do our best to help.

Lost or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@beamward.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
