Our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not satisfied with your BeamWard headlamp for any reason, you can return it within 100 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. This is our own promise to you, offered as a gesture of confidence in our product. It is in addition to — and does not affect — any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

How to start a return Email us at contact@beamward.com with your order number and a short note about why you'd like to return the item. We'll reply with simple return instructions.

Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 100 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number so we can locate your purchase.
  • We recommend returning the item with all included accessories where possible.

Return shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Faulty or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at contact@beamward.com within a reasonable time with a photo or short description, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items Gift cards and any clearly marked final-sale items cannot be returned.
